PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for controlling termites by controlling the movement of the termites, preventing the invasion of the termites, leading the termites to a termite controlling agent, killing or repelling the termites and thereby effectively controlling the termites with a chemical in the minimum limit without controlling the termites according to a chemical treatment on a soil surface or wood requiring a large amount of the chemical. SOLUTION: Protruding line members and/or groove lines as termite leading guides are provided in a foundation inner surface and/or the soil surface under the floor of a building. Thereby, the termites are moved along the termite leading guides and the termites are killed or repelled with the termite controlling agent provided in the course of the termite leading guides.
