PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foldable mobile terminal device which prevents the device opened at a predetermined angle from further extending. SOLUTION: The foldable mobile terminal instrument is provided with a hinge 102 which openably and closably connects a first cabinet member 101a and a second cabinet member 101b, and a spacer 113 which is arranged inside the second cabinet member 101b and holds the hinge 102. The second cabinet member 101b has an upper side surface 101f which adjoins a front surface 101d on which the hinge 102 is arranged and which faces the first cabinet member 101a in the state that the first cabinet member 101a and the second cabinet member 101b are closed. The first cabinet member 101a has the side surface 101g in the hinge which abuts against the upper side surface 101f of the second cabinet member 101b in the state that the first cabinet member 101a is opened at a predetermined angle from the second cabinet member 101b.
