PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for easily accurately registering a disk and mask where holographic data are recorded by a system of beam irradiation on a register mark of the disk and mask through an optical fiber. SOLUTION: A disk registering device for a holographic data storage system includes: an irradiation means of a registering beam on the register mark of the disk and mask; a means for moving either one of the disk or mask in response to a movement control signal by mounting either one of the disk or mask; a means for detecting a beam passing through the register mark of the disk and mask during movement of the disk or mask; and a control means for generating a movement control signal and registering the disk and mask on the basis of the detected beam intensity.
