Specifically, in surface resistivityρs, the absolute valueΔρs of the amount of change in the surface resistivity from two to 100 seconds after voltage starts to be applied in measurement by applying 500 [V] should be equal to or smaller than 0.3 [Log(Ω/square)]. In volume resistivityρv, the absolute valueΔρv of the amount of change in volume resistivity from two to 100 seconds after voltage starts to be applied in measurement by applying 200 [V] should be 0.5 [Log(Ωcm)] or smaller.
