PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding floor heating panel capable of being folded without exposing a hot water tube at its folding part without strain in holding the floor heating panel. SOLUTION: This folding floor heating panel 1 capable of folding panel plates 2, 3, 4, 5 while turning the same by 180°, is constituted so that hot water tube accommodating grooves 10 are obliquely formed on surfaces of the panel plates 2, 3, 4, 5, and the accommodating grooves 10 are formed in a state of being linearly connected with the accommodating groove 10 of the adjacent panel plate. And also, it is constituted so that the hot water tube accommodating grooves 10 of the panel plates 2, 3, 4, 5 are respectively provided with tube inverting accommodating main grooves 11 curved from the straight hot water tube accommodating grooves 10, and provided with sub-grooves 12 in the direction opposite to the main grooves 11 at its adjacent panel plate side, so that the inverting parts 6a of the hot water tube 6 are accommodated in the main grooves 11 and the sub-grooves 12 when the panel plates 2, 3, 4, 5 are folded, to protect the tube 6 at its inverting parts.
