PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent stress from concentrating in a joining part of a side wall and a bottom slab of an underpass, when forming the underpass by constructing the bottom slab by digging down the adjacent ground of an underground wall, by forming the underground wall by driving concrete piles in the ground. SOLUTION: A pretension system prestressed concrete pile 10 is used, and is buried in a pile surface of hinge structure joining reinforcements 32 joined to the bottom slab 40 in the piles 10, and the piles 10 are immersed, and a continuous wall is formed in the ground. The hinge structure joining reinforcements 32 are extracted, and are buried in the bottom slab 40 by readjusting a stage, and bottom slab concrete 40 is placed.
