PURPOSE: A device is provided to enable spices to completely permeate into meat, thereby preventing part of the spices from falling from the meat during cooking. CONSTITUTION: The device for facilitating the permeation of spices to meat comprises a plate(19), which has a plurality of rods(23) extending downward from a bottom surface thereof and a cylinder(20) extending upward from a top surface thereof. The plate is vertically moved by means of a driving unit(16). According to movement of the plate, the rods act to permeate the spices into the meat as they pass through holes of a supporting plate(11).
