PURPOSE: A flow sensing system consuming low power is provided to measure the amount of the flow by using one pole. CONSTITUTION: A flow sensing system consuming low power includes an impeller, a pole detecting sensor, and a magnetic part. The impeller rotates according to the flow of the fluid. The pole detecting sensor detects the change of poles so as to deliver the change information to a central processing unit. The magnetic part allows the pole detecting sensor to detect the change of the poles by rotating with a pole. The flow sensing system has a first pole detecting sensor(112) and a second pole detecting sensor(114) and measures the direction of the flow according to which pole detecting sensor first recognizes the change of poles of the magnetic part.
