PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT unit capable of restraining effectively an inclination of a column caused by moving a center-of-gravity position accompanied to elevation and going-down of an X-ray source device and a detector, and capable of reducing a size and a weight. SOLUTION: In this X-ray CT unit provided with the X-ray source device 1 supported by an elevator 2 for the X-ray source device, the detector 3 supported by an elevator 4 for the detector, and a rotary table 5 for mounting a specimen, wherein the elevator for the X-ray source device and the elevator for the detector comprise respectively columns 2c, 4c and saddles 2s, 4s supported cantilever-likely to the columns to be elevatably, and wherein the elevator for the X-ray source device and the elevator for the detector are arranged opposedly in a condition to oppose the respective saddles while sandwiching the rotary table therebetween, an upper part of the column in the elevator for the X-ray source device is connected to an upper part of the column in the elevator for the detector, with a beam member 10.
