PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reclining device commonizing components without lowering the strength. SOLUTION: This reclining device is provided with an upper arm 20 having a first attachment part formed with a plurality of first holes; a lower arm 10 opposed to the first attachment part of the upper arm at an interval and having a second attachment part formed with a plurality of second holes; first projection parts arranged between the first attachment part of the upper arm and the second attachment part of the lower arm fitted in the first holes 121 of the upper arm and attached to the upper arm; and second projection parts fitted in the second holes 11 in the lower arm and attached to the lower arm. This reclining device is provided with a power type reclining unit 30 performing the tilting of the upper arm to the lower arm by a motor, at least one projection parts out of projection part 31a and 32a of the reclining unit 30 is formed by a half blanking method into stepped projections which comprise large diameter parts having a diameter larger than holes opposed on a base side and small diameter parts having a diameter smaller than the holes opposed in the tip side.
