PRESTRESSED CONCRETE GROUT REINJECTION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for reinjecting grout into a grout insufficient part of a prestressed concrete structure. SOLUTION: A grout defective filling position 10 of the prestressed concrete structure is specified, and communicating holes 20, 30 and 40 are drilled in the grout filling defective place 10 from the outside of the concrete structure by a water jet construction method. A vacuum pump 27 is connected to the communicating holes 20 and 30, and a grout pump 45 is connected to the communicating hole 40. Air inside of the grout filling defective place 10 is sucked by the vacuum pump 27, and the grout is injected from the other hole 40. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
