METAL LOADING METHOD AND DEVICE

A metal-loading method for loading a metal into minute holes formed in a workpiece by inserting and immersing the workpiece in the melted metal and then taking out the workpiece from the melted metal. In the insertion, the workpiece is inserted into the melted metal with the workpiece lower face inclined at an angle of not less than 0.5º relative to the level of the melted metal, and taking out the workpiece from the melted metal is made with the upper face of the workpiece inclined at angles in a range from not less than 0.5º to less than 85º relative to the level of the melted metal. The method prevents the workpiece from breaking when inserted into and taken out from the melted metal, and further prevents the metal from remaining on the workpiece surface after the workpiece is taken out from the melted metal.
