PURPOSE: A cold-hot pack for muscle pain and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to allow the deep heat permeation into shoulder's muscles by distributing the pack on the muscles of a shoulder portion as a minimal pain treatment area, and to secure the reliability and productivity just by mechanically simplifying the pack. CONSTITUTION: The cold-hot pack for muscle pain includes: a textile pocket body(10), composed of a pack's shoulder back portion to be distributed on the trapezius muscle of the back of the upper human body when a user stands and the human neck back, a pack's shoulder upper portion which is extended from the pack's shoulder back portion so as to be distributed on the trapezius of both human shoulder upper surfaces, and a shoulder-supported auxiliary portion of the pack which is extended from the pack's shoulder upper portion to the front of the upper human body; a net-type auxiliary pocket(18), arranged under the textile pocket body(10) and filled with Terra-cotta particles(20); a heat-stored, aromatic layer(22); and an aromatic cushion layer(26).
