FRESHING DEVICE OF A FOREIGN MATERIAL REMOVING STICK FOR AN ELECTRIC DISCHARGE INSULATING OIL, COMPOSED OF A DRIVING UNIT, A CLEANING AND FRESHING UNIT, AND A WITHDRAWING UNIT

PURPOSE: A freshing device of a foreign material removing stick for an electric discharge insulating oil is provided to prevent an operator from exposing to harmful materials by executing effectively cleaning and freshing works for the inside of the foreign material removing stick by longitudinally and vertically moving cylinders. CONSTITUTION: A freshing device of a foreign material removing stick(100) for an electric discharge insulating oil is composed of a driving unit for carrying the foreign material removing stick; a cleaning and freshing unit positioned on the driving unit; and a withdrawing unit arranged at both sides of the driving unit to take out or in the foreign material removing stick. A rectangular foreign material removing stick collecting pipe(52) is installed at the left side of the driving unit in the withdrawing unit and held by a collecting pipe support beam. A foreign material removing stick discharge slide plate(54) is mounted at the right side of the driving unit and propped up by a discharge slide plate support beam. A rectangular collecting box(55) is positioned in the end of the discharge slide plate. A cleaning oil tank(50) is stuck in the rear side of the collecting pipe and divided into three compartments. A foreign material removing filter bucket is arranged between the compartments. A foreign material removing filter is inserted in the bucket. An upper opening unit of the cleaning oil tank is covered with a cleaning oil tank cover. A cleaning oil supply pump is disposed in the cleaning oil tank and connected to a nozzle pipe line of the cleaning and freshing unit. A cleaning oil drain pipe line is installed at the side of the cleaning oil tank.
