<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the disconnection correction method which has a high reliability and has no restrictions on used materials. SOLUTION: A pair of auxiliary lines 2 and 3 crossing at least one bus lines 1 out of gate bus lines and drain bus lines with an insulating film between them are provided in the peripheral part of a thin film transistor matrix 4, and auxiliary lines 2 and 3 and bus lines 1 crossing these lines are connected by connection electrodes 5 and 6 through aperture parts provided in the insulating film, and disconnected bus lines out of one bus lines are identified by a disconnection identification means, and connection electrodes other than connection electrodes connected to disconnected bus lines are disconnected.</p> |
