PURPOSE: A rotary camera apparatus in a mobile terminal is provided to rotate a camera installed in a mobile terminal in order to photograph an object at various angles and to fix a rotated state stably. CONSTITUTION: A rotary camera apparatus in a mobile terminal is comprised of a camera module, an FPCB, a rotary tool(130), a bushing(140), and a cap. The camera module photographs the image of an object. The FPCB, connecting between the camera module and a circuit part, is formed so as to transmit signals. The rotary tool(130) rotates the camera module. The rotary tool(130) is comprised of a rotary shaft(133) and a plurality of handle grooves(131). The bushing(140) supports the rotary tool(130) so that the rotary tool(130) containing the camera module can rotate. The bushing(140) comprises a rotary shaft hollow(142), a protrusion part, a hooking part(143), and a mounting groove(143a). The cap covers up a hole formed at a side of the rotary tool(130).
