FUEL RETURN HOSE FOR VEHICLE, FUNCTIONING AS PASSAGE OF FUEL RETURNED AFTER FUEL INJECTION IN FUEL SYSTEM OF VEHICLE, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fuel return hose for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to promote efficiency in the mounting work of the fuel return hose, to continuously maintain a strong mounting state for a connection part of the fuel return hose and an injector, and to completely remove leakage of fuel. CONSTITUTION: In a fuel return hose(10) for a vehicle, plural T-shaped connectors(12) including at least one connector(11) and plural hoses(14) are assembled in one assembly shape. The T-shaped connectors are directly connected to injectors correspondently to the number of the injectors of an engine of the vehicle. The hoses have a check valve(13) to the discharge side. The hoses are connected to each connector at regular intervals. Connection parts of the connectors and the hose are connected by a bulge part(15) of a two-stage stepped shape giving interference to the removal direction.
