PURPOSE: To provide a manufacturing apparatus of forgery-free sealing cap for bottle products, wherein the apparatus is constructed in a very simple structure to reduce facility cost and performs a cap manufacturing process in a continuous series of operations to improve productivity, reduce cost and improve quality of product. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing apparatus comprises a transfer means(8) for transferring a cylindrical workpiece(2); a first forming means(10) comprising a first liftable and lowerable shaft(12), a first sleeve(14) and a first forming roller(16) to reduce diameter of the workpiece and extend length of the workpiece; a second forming means(20) comprising a second liftable and lowerable shaft(22), a second sleeve(24) and a second forming roller(26) to form the workpiece in such a tapered shape that width of the workpiece is getting widened as it goes from the lower side to the upper side of the workpiece; a third forming means(30) comprising a third liftable and lowerable shaft(32), a third sleeve(34) and a third forming roller(36) to form notches on the outer circumferential surface of the workpiece such that the workpiece is easily cut; a fourth forming means(40) comprising a fourth liftable and lowerable shaft(42) and punching blades(46) to form a cutting portion by punching the outer circumferential surface of the workpiece; and a fifth forming means(50) comprising upper and lower molds to form an embossing pattern on the upper surface of the workpiece.
