摘要 PURPOSE: A bearingless micro induction motor is provided to accurately maintain a position of a rotor by controlling an electromagnetic force without using a bearing. CONSTITUTION: A bearingless micro induction motor includes a rotor(12), and a stator(14). The stator encloses the rotor and includes a plurality of electrodes to which a constant voltage is applied. The rotor rotates at a central position of the stator by an electrostatic force generated by the stator. The plurality of electrodes are partitioned to more than four groups. The motor further includes a displacement measurer(16) and a controller. The displacement measurer measures the displacement in a radius direction of the rotor from the central position. The controller receives the displacement and calculates a control voltage such that a vector sum of the electrostatic force has a direction and a magnitude adequate to recoil the rotor to the central position. The controller adds/subtracts the calculation result to/from the constant voltage and applies the result to the electrodes.
