PURPOSE: A method and a system for offering an employment and equipment rental arrangement service including a reparation service for nonfulfillment of a promise using the Internet are provided to easily seek/offer a job and rent an equipment by interchanging information between a personal member and a company member. CONSTITUTION: A member registration manager(110) manages members by receiving registration information and a membership fee. A member database(120) manages the registration information, business match between members, and credit/accumulation point by fulfilled particulars and membership fee payment. An electronic settlement system(140) makes the members process settlement. A reparation management system(150) performs a reparation process for the nonfulfillment to the damaged member and manages the accumulation point of the member not fulfilling the promise. An employment system(160) automatically provides matched information by making the personal/company members(10,20) register employment information, and registers the corresponding business match.
