PURPOSE: Provided is a structure of male velcro tape secured to the side of a car seat pad as opposed to female velcro tape formed at the stitched portion of a seat cover, and a metallic pattern for molding a car seat cover. CONSTITUTION: The male velcro tape(20) secured to the side of a car seat pad(40) as opposed to female velcro tape formed at the stitched portion of a seat cover(10) includes an iron powder-containing cover on the surface of a hook(22), and a non-woven fabric(21) adhered to the rear surface of a hook board(23). The metallic pattern for molding the seat pad(40) includes a permanent magnet inside the frame of a lower mold. Therefore, the iron powder-containing cover adheres to the permanent magnet mounted on the frame of the lower mold. Also, urethane resin in the mold is permeated into the non-woven fabric(21) that is adhered to the rear surface of the hook board(23), thereby ensuring the male velcro tape(20) to be firmly secured to the seat pad(40).
