PURPOSE: A self-diagnosis circuit is provided to diagnose a power off by an application of an over-current by displaying short circuit status after the overcurrent is applied. CONSTITUTION: A self-diagnosis circuit includes a backup source portion(210), a source portion(220), a poly switch(230), a diagnosis display(250), a controller(260), a memory(270), and a power supply switch(280). The backup source portion supplies an emergent power and the source portion supplies source power to a terminal. The poly switch blocks the source power when over-current is applied. The diagnosis display displays a close of the poly switch, and generates short circuit information and a source supply switch control signal. The controller is operated by the emergent power when the poly switch is closed and stores short circuit data having a close timing of the switch. The power supply switch turns on/off the emergent power according to the source supply switch control signal.
