PURPOSE: A device for fixing an expansion valve of an evaporator for a vehicle is provided to prevent bonding failure, breakage of the panel block and lowering of strength, and to cut down manufacturing cost by inserting pipes to both sides of the panel block and brazing at the side of the evaporator. CONSTITUTION: An expansion valve fixing device for connecting an evaporator core to an expansion valve of a vehicle is composed of a panel block(1) having plural penetration holes(11), and connecting pipes(2) inserted to the penetration holes of the panel block. Fitting parts(21,22) are formed by compressing both sides of the connecting pipes. An opening part is formed in the panel block and connected to the penetration hole. The expansion valve fixing device is assembled and fastened to the side of the evaporator with double-faced clad materials. The clad sheet is inserted between the panel block and the side of the evaporator.
