PURPOSE: A recording medium, an information reproducing device and an information reproducing method, and an information recording/reproducing device are provided to record usage condition files for describing a key for encoding, encoding information encoded by the key, and usage conditions in relation to at least two kinds of media in a predetermined area. CONSTITUTION: A CD-DA(Digital Audio) records two usage condition files in separate areas. The two usage condition files consist of encoding contents(1) for encoding contents by using a contents key, a contents key(2) for encoding, a CD-DA usage condition file(3) for describing usage conditions of the CD-DA, and a CD-R usage condition file(4) for describing usage conditions of a CD-R. The CD-DA usage condition file(3) records usage conditions for stipulating usage of the CD-DA.
