PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus for preventing dusts from flowing in buildings through an exit, which blocks off the dusts harmful to human bodies using an air sprayer and a vacuum suction method and purifies inhaled dusts using a water-adsorption type dust purification filter. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a dust inlet (1) which inhales dusts by operation of a vacuum fan motor (2), a water-sprayer (5) which works simultaneously with the dust inlet, an air-sprayer (3) which separately works when people enter and leave an exit and brushes up the dusts attached to shoes or a bottom portion of pants, and a water-adsorption type dust purification filter (4) which purifies the dusts inhaled through a vacuum inlet.
