发明名称 RELIABLE METHOD FOR MEASURING WEAR COEFFICIENT BETWEEN TUBE AND SUPPORT
摘要 PURPOSE: A method for measuring a wear coefficient between a tube and a support is provided to improve an reliability of the calculated wear coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A wear coefficient is defined by a ratio of a wear volume to a wear ratio and is used to quantize a wear amount of a tube in a vaporizer due to a friction between the tube and a tube support. A normal contact force is determined by using a predetermined equation(S1). A travel distance of the tube with respect to the tube support due to a vibration for a duration of a test is calculated(S2). The wear volume is determined by detecting a volume worn by the tube for a predetermined time interval under a condition same to the previous system(S3). The wear ratio is calculated by multiplying the normal contact force by the travel distance(S4). The wear coefficient is calculated by dividing the wear volume by the wear ratio(S5).
