PURPOSE: An optical distributive system is provided to additionally install a switch for switching plural receiving paths inputted from a remote unit, and to switch to other receiving path if one of the receiving paths has a defect, thereby normally operating the remote unit even though one of the receiving paths fails. CONSTITUTION: The first receiving path(Rx0) combined by the first combiner(321) and the second receiving path(Rx1) combined by the second combiner(322) are applied to an input end of a switch(340). The first electrooptic converter(311) and the second electrooptic converter(312) are connected to an output end of the switch(340), respectively, to convert a receiving signal of the first receiving path(Rx0) into an optical signal through the first electrooptic converter(311) and to transmit the converted optical signal to a donor unit(20). A receiving signal of the second receiving path(Rx1) is converted into an optical signal through the second electrooptic converter(312), and the converted optical signal is transmitted to the donor unit(20).
