The device has a receptacle (1) to receive base of a container (2). Inner wall of the receptacle is integrated to a driving shaft (4). An A.C. motor (5) is utilized to rotate the receptacle and is controlled by a switch (6) through bias of a speed regulator (7). A base (8) surrounding the receptacle protects and guides its rotation. The base receives electrical circuit assembly comprising the motor, an interrupter and a regulator.
