<p>Dryer has charging and discharging stations at same end, and a first chamber extending horizontally from charging station to the other end. A return chamber extends from this end to discharge station, and a current of hot air is fed from the first end along the return chamber, through the first chamber, escaping from the first end. An endless chain passes between the stations, passing through the chambers, and carrying holders for products to be dried. First chamber is of greater height than the other, and chain follows sinuous path over gullies through it, whilst it passes through return chamber in rectilinear manner.</p> |
