PURPOSE: A method for replacing a blade of a turbine rotor is provided to replace the blade from the rotor of the turbine conveniently, and to extend the life span of the rotor by modifying the replacement method of the blade. CONSTITUTION: An upper part of a bucket combined with a groove is cut, and the side of the groove is processed to form the space at both sides by lathe-turning process. A cutting machine is inserted to the groove, and the pin combined with the rotor is cut and eliminated. The blade combined with the rotor for the turbine is replaced easily by removing the pin conveniently and simply. The life span of the rotor of the turbine is extended, and the rotor for the turbine is maintained and managed conveniently.
