PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a torsion damper with high slip torque being applicable to high power and miniaturization of an engine while slip torque is further considerably increased in comparison with a damper having a layer of an adhesive agent with a conventional silane coupling agent only and safety on manufacture and contamination control of manufacturing facilities are accomplished, in the torsional damper in which circular rubber is pressed and fitted between opposite peripheral faces of a metal hub and metal circular mass arranged on an outer peripheral side of the hub and heat treatment after fitting is not necessary. SOLUTION: A layer of an adhesive agent consisted of a silane coupling agent including amino group and organic phosphide is interposed on fitting faces among the circular rubber 3, the metal hub 1, and the metal circular mass 2 in the fitting type torsional damper. Formation for the layer of an adhesive agent is preferably carried out by using a solution of an adhesive agent diluted by an alcoholic water solution.
