PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake pad capable of realizing uniform dispersion of rubber components and reducing brake squeak and vibrations without using liquid rubber dissolved in water or solvent for the component of raw material composition. SOLUTION: In the brake pad 10 obtained by thermally forming raw composition consisting of raw fibers, raw powder consisting of friction regulator and filler, and binder resin, a mixture of liquid isoprene rubber or liquid butyl rubber of≥1 vol.% to≤10 vol.% which is liquid in itself at room temperature added to the entire raw composition of 100 vol.% is used.
