PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of the related art wherein it takes too much time and labor for valve adjustment work such as fully opening/fully closing of a steam valve, setting of bias thereof, and operation check test thereof, since opening/closing of the valve should be performed a number of times for the valve adjustment work, while an operator manually adjusts internal logics. SOLUTION: A valve opening sensor 2 detects a fully-opened position and a fully-closed position of the steam valve 1, and inputs them to a set value automatic tuning means 10. Set values of a level conversion setter 3 and a bias setting device 9 of a valve adjustment device are calculated. Thereby, the valve adjustment work such as fully-opening/fully-closing of the steam valve, setting of bias, and operation check test are automated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
