PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition excellent in adhesion to glass, resin, metal, painted board hard to be adhered, etc., and excellent in any of water resistance, heat resistance and weatherability. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition contains a compound (C), which is obtained by reacting an aminosilane compound (A) having a structure represented by formula (1) with a polyisocyanate compound (B) so that the equivalent ratio (NCO/NH) of the isocyanate group (NCO) of the above polyisocyanate compound (B) to the imino group (NH) of the above aminosilane compound (A) may be 1.0/0.05-1.0/0.9 (NCO/NH) before the reaction, and a resin (D). In formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>is a 1-12C linear or branched hydrocarbon group; R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each independently a 1-12C linear or branched hydrocarbon group; and m is an integer of 1-3.
