PURPOSE: A sap extraction device for a herb extractor is provided to prevent an inflow of cylinder fluid into a soup bowl of the herb extractor while the sap is extracted by using a hydraulic cylinder with high pressurizing force. CONSTITUTION: An extraction device(100) comprises a hydraulic cylinder(200). A cylinder tub pressurizes and lifts an extracting plate(22) inside a soup bowl by frequenting into the soup bowl. A port is formed by forming a fluid inlet passage in the axial center of a piston rod(220). A fluid inlet port is formed in a lower end cap of a cylinder tube. Thereby, the extracting efficiency is improved by preventing the inflow of cylinder fluid into the soup bowl.
