<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wear of a member with a load applied thereto by reducing the load applied to an outer ring member or an inner ring member mounted on a rotary member. <P>SOLUTION: A bearing means other than an end bearing (in other words, a block bearing 25) is interposed between an outer ring member 7 and an inner ring member 3, and a space between a stationary member 31 (a counter member, a transmission case, etc.) and the outer ring member 7 is set to be smaller than that between a rotary member and the inner ring member 3.
