PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device which prevents a spot or dust adversely influencing the input image from sticking on an optical member rapidly and positively by a dust-preventing unit in a photographing unit, and improves the assembling property to realize a simpler configuration. SOLUTION: In this image pickup device, the dust-preventing unit 6 is mounted on an image pickup unit while considering the assembling property; the dust-preventing unit 6 consisting of a dust-preventing filter 36 capable of vibrating on the front surface to prevent dust from sticking on an image pickup element; a piezoelectric element 44 for vibrating the dust-preventing filter 36; a flexible printed board 38 mounted with at least a driving circuit for driving and vibrating the piezoelectric element 44; and supporting stands 30, 34 provided with this printed circuit board 38, the piezoelectric element 44 and the dust-preventing filter 36.
