A fluorometric analysis-use optical muliplexer/demultiplexer, a fluorometric analysis-use optical module, a fluorometric analyzer, a fluorescence/photothermal conversion spectral analyzer, and a fluorometric analysis-use chip that can carry out an LIF analysis and a photothermal conversion spectral analysis. A microchemical system (100) comprises a fluorometric analysis-use optical module (100a), a probe (50) for condensing an exciting light onto a sample in a flow path (204) in a fluorometric analysis-use chip (20), and a sample mount (21) for mounting the chip (20) thereon. The module (100a) comprises an exciting light-use light source (53), a florometric analysis-use optical multiplexer/demultiplexer (56) for use in an analyzer for fluorescence produced from a sample by an exciting light irradiation, a fluorescence receiving detector (54), an optical fiber (106) for connecting the light source (53) and the multiplexer/demuliplexer (56) together, an optical fiber (107) for connecting the probe (50) and the multiplexer/demultiplexer (56) together, and an optical fiber (108) for connecting the detector (54) and the multiplexer/demuliplexer (56) together. The sample solution-use flow path (204) is covered with a metal reflection film (205).
