<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for widening the choices of the asset operation of a merchandise purchaser, and for reducing the management costs of a merchandise seller by issuing a security to pay the fixed rate of a prepaid sum when merchandise is received, and to provide new financial merchandise by creating a market to buy and sell the certificate. <P>SOLUTION: A consumer purchases a security to receive merchandise and money after a fixed period from a merchandise supplier at the list price of merchandise. The merchandise supplier is able to reduce the purchasing or manufacturing costs of merchandise, and to execute conditions mentioned in the security after the lapse of a period.
