<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical toothbrushing device enhancing treatment and prevention effects of the periodontal disease by efficiently promoting cell division of gingiva without hurting the gingiva with bristle tips. <P>SOLUTION: This electrical toothbrushing device is provided with a brush bundle 1 formed of a bundle of synthetic resin filaments 1a; a guide cylinder 2 restricting the spread of the brush bundle 1; and a drive mechanism 3 reciprocatingly vibrating the brush bundle 1 in the bristle tip direction by the guide cylinder 2 and projecting the tip part of the brush bundle 1 from the tip of the guide cylinder 2. This device is provided with a so-called toothpick type, when reciprocatingly vibrating, projecting the tip of the brush bundle 1 from the tip of the guide cylinder 2, and the diameter of the filament 1a is set to 0.1-0.2 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
