The object of the present invention is a device for contolling gas flows for combustion engines. It consists of a single or double member (1) with linear displacement for controlling the flow rate of air in the inlet pipe (4), followed by a restriction mechanism (2) making it possible to vary the cross-section of the said pipe, it being possible for these two devices to be common to all the cylinders, or multiple. It can be fitted to all types of internal combustion engines with one or more cylinders, two-stroke, four-stroke, petrol or diesel, turbo charged or laterally aspirated, but is above all intended for four-stroke fuel-injected engines, that is to say engines without a carburettor. <IMAGE> |
