PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a set temperature to be temporarily changed in accordance with a request from a remote control operator and a resident and to maintain operation at a specified temperature of an indoor unit as long as possible. SOLUTION: This air-conditioning system having one or a plurality of air conditioners and a remote controller for setting a operating condition of the air conditioners is provided with a timer 14 measuring time from when the set temperature of an air-conditioning target of the indoor unit of the air conditioner is changed to the set temperature for the higher power consumption operation comparing to the specified temperature for the lower power consumption operation by the operation of the remote controllers 3a, 3b, 3c, and a CPU 8 for returning the set temperature changed for setting to the specified temperature when the time measured by the timer 14 lapses the precedently set predetermined time. This air-conditioning system is also provided with a specified temperature setting switch 7 for changeably setting the specified temperature and/or the predetermined time.
