PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve for a refrigerant piping hole used in a separate type air-conditioner, capable of securing a sufficient aeration area using a compact constitution. SOLUTION: The sleeve for the refrigerant piping hole is structured so that refrigerant piping to connect an indoor unit with an outdoor unit is installed internally and inserted through and fitted in the refrigerant piping hole formed in the wall, wherein the arrangement is furnished with a through hole for the refrigerant piping, at least one of the exhaust duct hole and suction duct hole, a drain hose hole, and a through hole for electric wires for connections.
