PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foamed sheet that can be manufactured through simple processes, has both of sufficient conductivity and sticking property and shows a sufficient strength. SOLUTION: The conductive self-sticking foamed sheet is composed of a foamed material of a resin composition comprising an acrylic ester copolymer resin, a cross-linking agent and a conductive compound. The composition is preferably prepared by mixing an acrylic ester copolymer resin, a cross-linking agent and a paste-like water dispersion of carbon black. The conductive compound is preferably carbon black. The cross-linking agent is preferably of an oxazoline type.
