PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce influence of a skin effect and a proximity action for lowering a coil resistance of a heating coil to a high frequency current. SOLUTION: In a coil conductor for the heating coil, a third-step strand 18 is formed by twisting second-step strands 17, each of which is formed by twisting first-step strands 14, 15 and 16 formed of wires or strands twisted by different twisting pitch dimensions, and a three-step multiple twisted structure is constructed. In this way, a bending degree of the first-step strand is varied because the twisting pitches of the respective first-step strands are different, and the current directions of the respective strands in the coil conductor are varied. Consequently, influence of the proximity action is reduced. Therefore, the proximity action is reduced while efficiency of induction heating is improved when the heating coil is manufactured by using this coil conductor. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
