PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air-conditioner having improved capability by increasing the flow rate of injection gas. SOLUTION: In the air-conditioner 1, refrigerant discharged from a compressor 11 driven by an engine 61 is circulated via an outdoor heat exchanger 15 and an indoor heat exchanger 35 for cooling/heating operation with the heat exchanging effect of the refrigerant. Bypass lines 51, 52 for returning injection gas to the compressor 11 are connected directly and/or indirectly to a liquid line 45 in which the liquid refrigerant flows from the indoor heat exchanger 35 to the outdoor heat exchanger 15 during heating operation. The liquid refrigerant fed into the bypass lines 51, 52 is evaporated and vaporized by a heat exchanger provided on the lines and the vaporized injection gas is returned to the compressor 11.
