PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pinball game machine capable of securely preventing an illegal removal of a game board. SOLUTION: A security key 50 has a shaft 51 provided with an engagement part 52, a cut part 53, a stopper part 54 and a control knob part 55 and is made of a transparent resin. A key lock case 61 is fixed on the game board 4. A key cylinder 62 is fixed on a support frame fixing part 3a of a main body frame 3. When the security key 50 is inserted into the key lock case 61, a second retaining projection 52b of the security key 50 engages with a retaining nib 65b of the key lock case 61. When the security key 50 is inserted into the key cylinder 62, a first retaining projection 52a engages with a retaining nib 71b of the key cylinder 62. Thereby the main body frame 3 and a game board unit 6 including the game board 4 are sealed.
