<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxidation-resistant HDDR (hydrogen occlusion and dehydrogen-recrystallization treatment) magnet powder and a bond magnet excellent in magnetic characteristic, and its producing method. <P>SOLUTION: The bond magnet is produced, with which after surface-coating with aluminum film having 0.005-2μm film thickness on the HDDR magnet powder having 50-150μm average grain diameter with physical vapor-deposition method, this powder applying the heat treatment at 450-600°C and thermoplastic resin, are kneaded, and heated and molded in the magnetic field. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
