PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect gamma rays emitted from a tissue including radioisotopes inside a subject during an operation, and to obtain a tomographic image with fine spatial resolution around the tissue. SOLUTION: A single gamma probe means for detecting the radiation intensity is mounted near the center of the ultrasonic probe in which ultrasonic vibrators are one-dimensionally arranged. The radiation intensity detected by the single gamma probe means is converted to sound and outputted from a speaker, etc. Further, the radiation intensity detected by the single gamma probe means is displayed in such a way that the difference in the height of waveform, numeric values, the size of graphs, the blinking speed and colors, for example, can be recognized.
