PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger capable of being easily and accurately positioning between tube sheets in assembling them, without increasing the flowing resistance. SOLUTION: In this heat exchanger 1, the first and second tube sheets 7, 8 are alternately stacked, both of the first and second tube sheets 7, 8 have communication holes 17, 18, so that inlet header chambers 14 adjacent to each other and outlet header chambers adjacent to each other are respectively communicated through both communication holes 17, 18, and a burring part 19 is formed on a peripheral edge of one of the communication holes 17, 18 of the first tube sheet 7 and the second tube sheet 8. In this heat exchanger 1, the burring part 19 is inserted into the communication hole 17, 18 of a mating side to position the first tube sheet 7 and the second tube sheet 8. The burring part 19 at the inlet heat chamber 14 side and the burring part at an outlet header chamber side, are set to be high at an outer peripheral part 19b, in a case when a side where positions opposite to each other are close to each other is regarded as an inner peripheral part 19a, and a side where the positions are far from each other is regarded as the outer peripheral part 19b.
